You will need to install Zoom on your computer or tablet before class. For an optimal experience, ensure your internet speed is at least 5 Mbps. Once set up, you're ready to start learning!

2. The network is unstable during lesson
Common causes of network instability include:
  • Multiple devices connected to the Wi-Fi router
  • Distance from the Wi-Fi router
  • Bandwidth-heavy programs running simultaneously
Solutions:
  • Connect to a private network rather than a public one (e.g., cafes).
  • Move your device closer to the Wi-Fi router.
  • Close all programs or browser pages other than Zoom and WisdomWeb.

Yes, WisdomWeb is fully optimised for mobile devices. You can access courses and materials on desktop, tablet, or smartphone. However, for live sessions, we recommend using a desktop or laptop for the best experience.

Yes, WisdomWeb offers comprehensive progress tracking through quizzes, assignments, and monthly reports. At the end of each term, your dedicated homeroom teacher will provide a personalised Progress Report Card, giving parents a detailed update on their child’s learning progress.

5. Do students receive certificates for completing courses?
Yes, upon successfully completing a course, students receive a non-transferable certificate of achievement. This certificate can be used for school applications or further educational opportunities.

Enrollment and Payment
1. How do I sign up for a free trial?

Signing up for a free trial is simple:

  • Click "Book a FREE trial now" on our homepage
  • Fill in your contact details
  • Select a date and time for your trial class

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Our education consultant will also contact you via WhatsApp with class details.

Note: Parents must be present at the beginning of the trial class to provide consent.

2. How do I sign up for a course?
For new students:
  • Click "Book a FREE trial now" on our website
  • Enter your contact details, and our education consultant will get back to you (usually within 4 hours, up to 24 hours) to guide you through the enrollment process

For existing students:
Contact your dedicated homeroom teacher to extend or sign up for additional courses

3. How much do courses cost?
Course fees start at $250 per month (including GST). Prices may vary depending on the depth and scope of the course. Please contact our education consultant for detailed pricing information.

4. What time are regular classes available?
Most of our classes are scheduled between 3 PM to 9 PM Singapore Time (GMT +8). Classes to be booked in advance through our education consultant. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you can reschedule up to 2 hours before the class for another time slot within the same calendar week.

Additionally, all our classes are recorded and made available to all students for them to learn at their own pace if they miss a session.
